This class will warm you up, and how! Pradeep gives us a great flow with some intense long holds. Focus on the breath. You will feel the burn in your quads and glutes. Don't worry, all things - even that chair pose - will eventually end. And as always, there's some killer abdominal strengthening to top it all off - enough to make you sweat (if you weren't already!) and really feel those muscles working. Welcome home.
