Love the outlaw yoga classes, they are super tough but energizing and great when you need to get out of your head and reset on the mat!

I have been enjoying Outlaw Yoga and its rapid pace and music. I prefer the classes with a little more subdued music. But this was a lot of fun and it was energizing for my lunch break. I did some core work instead of holding the long frog pose.

Great class, the Savasanas went pretty quickly during first 10-11 min, I can t high-low plank, up-down dog that fast! but it got your heart pumping & body warmed up really fast! There are no breaks, so in 30 min you cover A TON of work - AWESOME!!!

This is a great class for MOMS trying to squeeze in a little yoga - there is NO cursing in this episode, NONE!

I was disappointed with this class. The sun salutations were ridiculously fast (is there such a thing as speed yoga? If so, this was it!). Also the growling and shouting from the yoga models and instructor was very distracting along with the background music. I finished feeling agitated instead of the calm strength I usually get from yoga.
