I can t unfeel Lauren s comment of this having a New Age Christian church vibe, but the flow was otherwise great.

I was a little surprised by all the pushups (and no cue to take them on the knees if you need to). I held plank the first time and happened to look up to see the model doing pushups. I took the rest on my knees. Cuing was perfect outside of that.

I liked the sequencing of this class. The delivery... felt a little like one of those new age christian church services... A little weird.

Every one of the Outlaw Yoga series I have done has been transformational in body and spirit. I LOVE THIS CHANNEL! The series of movements combined with the motivational words of the teachers (especially Justin) and joyful, yet fun and light music of his father, Ken K, combine for a very moving (in more than one way!) experience. Not your traditional yoga class, and as I did the class I wondered if I d like it or do it again. The music is invigorating and I love that he and his dad share this. Out of the many yoga classes I ve done over the years, I must say this is the first time I laughed out loud (with surprise and joy) during a yoga class. Great poses, good pace, time efficient, upbeat, a wonderful change, and YES I ll do it again!

This was my first Outlaw Yoga class and I absolutely loved it. It is pretty challenging for my fitness level, but it was still doable. I felt a pretty profound change in my mindset during the class. I m not sure if it was the instructor, the music, or both, but I worked harder and smiled more during this class. Definitely a channel I ll be returning to.

I admit that I was a little afraid to try this class. I would classify myself as a moderate to advanced beginner. My yoga practice was very slapdash (maybe one beginner class a week), and only recently made the decision to become more serious about my practice. I had not tried any of the intermediate classes yet, but decided to try this one because of the length. I couldn t kill myself in 20 minutes, right? Boy, was I surprised! There were very few poses that I had to either perform a modification or take child s pose (my chaturanga is still very bad). I could feel the session in my legs, and I broke a sweat, but my body feels pleasant, not painful. I am saving this in my favorites and will try another Outlaw Yoga class. I also loved the music. I ll have to see about getting a copy for my iPod.

As we got rolling, I really wanted this to be longer, but this was a wonderful challenge and a great way to set the reset button on my day and my state of mind. I will be returning to this practice.

Loved this Outlaw Yoga. It was quick, but meaningful and helpful. KenK does an outstanding job with the music. If you are intermediate to advanced, try this one. It made the start to my day better.
