I love this class. In fact I ve become a bit addicted to it and do it a few mornings a week. I ve been practising yoga about 15 years and generally do vinyasa classes so I was a bit surprised by this and it IS fast - but a lot of fun. The music s really lovely & supports the practice throughout, including during sivasana.

I LOVED the messages shared in this class, and I LOVED the music. My only complaint is the flow moved a bit too fast in the crescent part... I had barely planted my hands for crow pose, and the instructor was already calling for us to spring back... but, I went at my own pace (had to skip a crescent or two), and still really enjoyed this class. Thank you!

I love the Outlaw Yoga classes, but I often find the flow a tad too fast! Please slow it down just a beat or two and keep em coming!

I really liked these guys--they made me laugh, the music made me smile, felt like a really different spin on a traditional yoga classes. I also liked holding chair pose for a long time and the ab work at the beginning. The only issue is that the flow was too fast for me at times and I had trouble keeping up. I also found that it got too slow at the end, so even though I worked hard for a bit, in a 30 minute class I want more active time!

I agree that the flow was too fast. I regularly practice vinyasa: one breath per movement. To maintain one breath per movement in this class, you d be hyperventilating!

However, it was a really fun, energetic flow. I ended up pausing the video, going at my own pace (quick, but still keeping the breath as the pace behind the movement), and picking back up with the video.

This is the first Outlaw Yoga video I have tried and I absolutely loved it. HIs style is laid back, fun and still had me feeling like I was being true to me. Great class!

Absolutely fabulous class! Incredible first thing in the morning way to get focused and energized for the day. This was my first outlaw class and I will totally come back for more when i need a great workout and some awesome humor to get me through my day.

awesome class , fast pace . was not ready for the high speed transitions ( my thoughts on going so fast the first time taking the class was: worried i was not properly aligned.) but i thoroughly enjoyed the class . The music was a fantastic addition. Will defiantly retake class again.
