2-Week Yoga Challenge: Find Your Flow

DAY 12: 2-Week Yoga Challenge: Find Your Flow

DAY 12: 2-Week Yoga Challenge: Find Your Flow

Welcome to Day 12 of the 2-Week Yoga Challenge: Find Your Flow

Friday, April 23rd.

Happy Friday! Remember to think of each and every practice as a treat, rather than a chore. Have you noticed any other flow state moments off of your mat from the daily practices?

Today you can come home to yourself with Elise's beautiful gentler class. If you're enjoying the yoga fitness fusion classes, you've got another chance to practice one with Kristin. Or if you want a hard and energetic yoga practice, Christen's class will hit the spot. Remember, even though you are close, yoga is about presence, so take it one class and one pose at a time.

We've loved seeing you cheer each other on and share your experiences in the comments below - we hope you continue to do so :)

Here are today's class choices:

Reset:

Reset Refuge: Come Home to Yourself with Elise Fabricant

30 min class | Level: All Levels | Intensity: Ahhhhhh

Return to your higher self with this juicy 30-minute, all-levels practice. Stretch and open the sticky sides of your body with twists and folds. Surrender into soft restorative poses. By caring for yourself with conscious breath, self-massage, meditation and mudra, you are sure to feel so much more YOU after this sweet session.

Balance:

Sculpt & Rest with Kristin Gibowicz

40 min class | Level: Adv. Beginner & Up | Intensity: You'll Feel It

Brene Brown said “it takes courage to say yes to Rest and Play in a culture where exhaustion is seen as a status symbol.” Plan on working your way through a challenging 25 minute sculpt sequence followed by slowing everything down and releasing to an important state of rest and recovery.

Open:

Rockin' Bhakti: Steady & Soft Shoulders with Christen Bakken

50 min class | Level: Adv. Intermediate | Intensity: You'll Feel It

This yoga practice can be described as a combination of steady and soft. In our lives and in our practice, bringing our attention to the ways we can remain steady and soft in our hearts is essential to continue to grow. To build our poses, we must bring attention to our strength but never at the sacrifice of our sweetness and vice versa. This Rockin' Bhakti class will focus on the shoulders. We will open and strengthen our shoulders and finish with using both components to build a forearm stand practice. If being upside down makes your heart race, this is the class for you!

**you only need to choose one class**
