"I'm a therapist and life coach who supports people like you who may have ongoing challenges with communication, relationships, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. I provide support for those experiencing overwhelm, stuckness, a sense of purposelessness, or big emotions that feel out of control. Having spent the past 20+ years teaching yoga, my background in mindfulness and holistic wellness greatly informs my style of therapy and coaching. It is my honor to work with individuals and couples from all over Colorado through telehealth sessions. I also offer Denver-based clients in-person sessions in my cozy downtown office."
