I would rate this one as "Aaah" rather than "Everyday Namaste" - my heart rate thought I was in savasana the whole class! Definitely good stretches for the shoulders and neck, but more time than I d normally like to spend without some more vigorous stretches and movement.

Felt stiff before, every exercise felt just right and I my neck and shoulders feel so much better afterwards. Another class that proves how effective slow thoughtful movements can be. Love it.

Woke up with a headache,stiff neck and shoulders from a weight workout the previous day. This class was as good as a massage. Felt fabulous. I almost did it a second time because I wanted more!

I rely on this class. I do it 2-3 times a week. After long days teaching on the computer, I feel like my shoulders are in my ears and my neck can t hold my head up any longer. This class pampers and rejuvenates my neck, shoulders, back and chest so I can wake up in the morning and teach another day. Elise s cues are clear, and gentle. You can tell she knows alignment and anatomy. Thank you Elise.

I agree with a previous reviewer, how have I not managed to find and complete this class before. I love Elise as an instructor and really enjoy her classes. This one is getting added to the regular rotation, especially right now when I am spending so much time in front of the computer screen.
