Yoga-GO! Yoga is for toddler/pre-k/kindergarten age kids and their caregivers. Just imagine if you'd have found yoga as a small child! Now here's a chance to introduce yoga practice (not yoga perfect) to your child. Invite your playgroup and friends over or simply enjoy with your own kids as we head out on a somewhat wild trek to the Wild Animal Park. We will wake up early in the morning and once at the Park we get to know the elephants a bit better, learning modified yoga poses and songs for this energetic age group, and eventually winding down with a relaxing "sleeping yogi." As you well know, young children are unpredictable and so is the flow of the class, as following the needs of our "funster" youngsters is part of the adventure!

Have fun with your kids while getting a really good workout with Yoga Instructors to the Stars Ingrid Von Burg and Tom Morley. With the Yoga for Families video, we like to jump, breathe, laugh, dance, sing and have a really good time. Plus, we take time to relax. Yoga provides us with clarity of thought, and allows us to communicate easier. When we do that with our family, it gives us confidence. It also makes us feel that we have the support and guidance of the people that we love the most. We get to play with our families and feel really, really, really good! How fun is that?
Yoga for Families is grounded in the belief that being connected to our family members promotes confidence and increased self awareness. Tightly knit family members feel more empowered to go out into the world and energetically embrace what life offers us. Yoga for Families supports this through a challenging yoga practice and quiet resting specifically designed for parents and children.

What Color is Your Butterfly?
In this unique and creative video, children will be focusing on stimulating the energy centers, called chakras, through color, sound, breathing, and over 40 yoga postures. Theses energy centers are located along the vertebrae from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. When these energy centers are stimulated, our bodies respond by allowing energy to flow freely, helping bring balance and serenity into our lives. The goal of this video is for children to find ways to build strength, and balance each of these energy centers on a regular basis through the practice of yoga and meditation.
This video is designed for children ages 5-10
