I love slow and calming yoga. When I get older, fast and quick movements became risky. It hurt my joints sometimes and takes longer to heal. Slow and mindful yoga are better and kind to my body now. This class is just like that and perfect for me, a 61 years old woman Thank you.

I love this class. Balance is so important to everyone but especially as we get older. Good balance prevents slips & falls that can have dire consequences for many.

This is the perfect class to unwind at the end of the day, or for a gentle beginning to a day. I also really like it when I’m a little under the weather but know that moving will feel great.

I have practiced and studied yoga for 17 years and it all started as physical therapy after extensive back surgery. I am always looking for a good instructor and decided to try Yoga Download. I was totally impressed and happy with Elise Fabricant s method of instruction and the many many styles available on the site. I had no problems understanding Elise s instruction and found I did not have to watch her through the time I spent with this session. Thank you.
