This class is so hard, I have no idea when I will be able to do the whole class without stopping. Definitely recommend it if you want stronger (and sorer) abs tomorrow!

Been doing this one for years, even though I do others, I always come back to this one! It hits all the ways, in a short amount of time. So challenging, but scaleable!

Yikes! This is truly hard core abs. It will be a while before I can do this whole series. Don t worry if you don t have weights (only used once) or a towel (never used) the block is helpful but not a requirement.

Great abs class! Good cueing and modifications from the instructor. The class can be effective without weights or a block.

2nd class of Day 1 in the Hardcore programme. Really felt my abs working although I m not yet sustaining everything for the full time and can t yet do full situps with weights. Love the clear instructions and the real feeling of an abs challenge

Nice abs series, though if you have tight hamstrings in the morning like I do, it s not the best. This shouldn t be classified as a weights class as it only uses them once.

This class starts off burning your abs! You will be sore the next day and the class is a good pace and easy to follow.

This really tough, core-focused class provides a solid 20-minute workout. I was amazed to realize that the instructor was actually speaking throughout the entire class (not a voiceover!). I definitely needed some breaks. I d say it s a mix of more traditional yoga moves and other core exercises, but it keeps you working the entire class. I have room for improvement!

This class is great for abs. I just wanted more weights so I was disappointed as we only used the weights once. If you are looking for pure abs, this is a great workout, but title should just leave out the weights.
