I ll be returning to this class! The pacing is so smooth and attuned, and the stretches felt like just what my weird hips and back have been wanting. It showed me my tight spots, and I bet my body will feel so much better if I practice this one regularly.

This was exactly what my lower back and hips needed. Loved the flow and transitions, the time spent in each shape and the options giving for different levels of "crankiness". I feel spacious now - no longer compressed. I will definitely be revisiting this class thank you.
