this flow was contemplative and soothing, i absolutely loved it and will return to it.
Absolutely nourishing. If you ve ever done Jackie marou s daily decompression classes- this is very similar but with a more vinyasa focus. If you have had a busy day I strongly suggest this class. I ll be back !! Thanks Caitlin!

Caitlin s classes are all so good. this one served me very well on a day where I was struggling emotionally. It s not time for bed or sleep, but my mood is shifted to enjoy the rest of the evening with a body that feels new after the lovely, long hold stretches.
