Wow! This class was amazing. It felt so good. I love how gentle the cues and your voice are, Jessie. Thanks for sharing this and namaste.
I m so glad I found this. I feel so much better and yes, widened down!!!
Perfect before bed!
Great way to relax at the end of a long day. Thank you!
Very relaxing
Lovely sequencing. I prefer more silence in my yin classes and found all the verbal guidance to be distracting. I found it took away from the experience of finding stillness. I would also have liked a longer savanna - but that goes for most of the YDL classes I have taken.
Fantastic yin for the end of a very stressful day, thank you!
Good to try different classes
Did this as part of the Grounding & Gratitude challenge. It was excellent, very relaxing with some lovely stretches. It s one I will definitely do again.
Loved this class! Really felt grounded and grateful.
Loved this class
Jessie this was beautiful, I feel so relaxed, thank you ?? ??
Very relaxing class. Thanks
I enjoyed this yin class very much. It relaxed my body at the end of along day of physical activity. Would like to see more yin from this instructor
I like Yin class and took many classes, but this class was more like a meditation class for me; gentle and not so difficult to stay in the poses. Only one pose was unfamiliar to me, which was "cat pulling its tail" and unusual twist, but otherwise, all poses are easy and accessible. I wish I could stay in the shavasana a little longer at the end. Anyway, I feel good and my back feels lighter now. Thank you.
