This is another class in the Yogic Way repertoire series, in which honoring the roots of yogic traditions is central. In this practice, you will tune into your own root through the use of sound (mantra), movement, and breath so as to enliven a sense of steadiness within the rhythmic nature of your life. This class is perfect for morning, evening, or as a midday boost. You can expect to feel free in your hips, and shoulders following this practice.

Thanks Annie, really enjoyed your class.
Beautiful practice, love the mantra. Great flow w the mantra in different parts of the practice. The music and chanting at the end was wonderful.
Good morning. I m a member of YD but haven t been in a while. Sometimes I come unsure of what I wish to do in length, type, focus, etc. and can spend 10 min just looking, thinking too much about it. But sometimes like today, I just pick something. This class was perfect! Teacher s clear, with good volume and direction. I loved the chanting. I ll head towards the other Yogic Way classes next. Thanks so much.
This class reminds me the classes in early time in yogadownload, but movements in this class is different. Starting on the mat and move to standing poses, the slow movements actually make the poses harder for me. It doesn t look difficult, but I ended up sweating. I wish I cloud know the meaning of the mantra. The music at the end of class is powerful and healing. Thank you.

Om Gam Ganapataye Namaha: Om salutations to the remover of obstacles. Ganapataye is another name for Ganesha, the elephant god.
Nice cues and shifts on traditional poses.
Fantastic inspiring teacher! Awesome, thanks!
Great class! Really appreciated the pace and time in the poses. The chanting added an interesting sensation with how it vibrated through my body. Thank you!
Great class. I really enjoyed the chanting, not too much to be awkward but the sound added to the peace of the movement.
Another fabulous class in this series. Thanks so much Annie
