I have heard "Tapping" as a tool to calm down when have a panic attack. It has been known one of great way to manage panic attacks, but I have never tried to sift feelings. This class is only 10 minutes. yet I feel difference. This "Tapping" is a great tool when I feel anxious or uneasy. Thank you.
