Wonderful slow flow. I did this in a morning because I really needed a slow stretch to wake up. I have done many of Jackie s classes and they are all excellent.

Jackie is my all time favourite instructor. Her deliberate and delicate instructions are always at the right pace, with authentic mindfulness. If you like her daily decompression series then you ll love this class - it s basically the same with added sun salutations and a vinyasa focus. My new favourite class!!

I m just starting yoga practice on regular basis. I love this class and instructor. I did this right after work. Great wind down. Still a bit of challenge too.

I agree with others that I truly appreciate the slower flow classes. We live life at such a crazy pace, it is lovely to just come home to the body. I appreciate the reminders about breath and being in the present. You are my favorite go to instructor Jackie. I love your classes!

Wonderful class! I was SO stiff and sore after shoveling snow. This practice worked out all of the kinks and I now feel much more flexible and relaxed.

I have practiced this class two nights in a row...its just perfect. I would love to see more slow flow vinyasa classes. When I was younger, I loved the fast paced classes but am feeling more into the necessity to sloooowww down.

This beautiful class is a perfect example of "it doesn t always have to be a 60 or 90 minute practice...you can still get what you need from a 30 minutes class, too!"
After a particularly difficult work week with staff layoffs, I couldn t wait to get home and try Jackie s new class. Her voice and cues immediately brought me into a real sense of presense and gratitude. I could feel the unclenching and tightness releasing.
As has happened in my past practices, during the second side of Half Pigeon, and after a few deep breaths, I realized I was weeping. Literally squeezing the junk out of my body! To me, this is what our practice is about. So totally in the present, I never felt the tears building.
When I completed this class, I was relaxed, at peace, and ready for a good night s sleep,
Thank you, Jackie, for always bringing us your kind spirit, and knowledge of yoga.

Hectic day. Short on time. This class provided a perfect transition and recharge between work and my personal time. Jackie is solid as ever with her perfect cues and soothing voice. I feel ready for the evening!
