The perfect shoulder stretch after working at a desk all day.
This class is perfect after upper body strength training. I love the slow, mindful movements. This is going in my workout regimen as recovery!
Did this back in January. Excellent class for the neck and shoulders! Thank you!
Helpful postures and movements. Enjoyed the flow and feeling better. I need more like this especially when I have neck/shoulder pain or tightness.
Although there was sometime I didn t know what I was supposed to do and need to look at the screen, this class is well designed to open shoulder. It also required strength and good for ab. I feel my shoulder and neck are lighter. Thank you.
Great class after sitting at a computer today!
Thank you! I so needed this after traveling. Neck, shoulders and upper back thank you!
Wonderful class, exactly what I needed for my shoulders after sitting at the computer all day. Thank you!
Awesome, playful.
Really nice class that combined a gentle flow with working on the shoulder and neck area. It really helped release the tension in my neck.
That class was so necessary. Will come back to that again, thank you!
Excellent shoulder mobility, wonderful class. Really helped my chronically tight shoulders. Need to do more often for sure.
Loved this class. Really liked the the lawnmower pull to open shoulder girdle.. Neck stretches really helped tightness.
