This came up as I searched for a hatha yoga class...it is not hatha yoga by any stretch of the imagination. Teacher seemed confused at times...wouldn t take this class again.
I not only didn t enjoy this class the teacher seemed a bit confused from time to time. I ended up with severe pain in my lower back such that I could barely move. I walk 3 miles a day so I am not unfit. I would not recommend this class for seniors.
I’ve only taken 2 other classes from Mary. I really enjoyed this. It’s fairly well described. I can see how incorporating this into a weekly rotation can build strength and mobility. It was challenging but definitely accessible.
Well, I wasn t convinced I was doing a whole lot until that last pose! This felt more like Pilates but worth adding in, thanks.
Excellent class! I struggle with hip bursitis on one side of my body from running. These strengthening exercises were just what I needed. I will come back to this class often. Thank you

Superb, Michelle! A perfect mobility and yoga class, emphasizing key elements of alignment and strengthening. This is a challenging class, ultimately very rewarding.
