This was short, sweet, and spicy! Love the incorporation of weights at times that make sense. Transitions were smooth and it was just long enough for me to stay feeling energized and not fatigued from start to finish.

This is a fast-paced practice with almost no rest. I never thought I d be so grateful to get down on the floor for ab work! I feel like I got an excellent workout in a short time!

Excellent class. I did this without weights and still got a really amazing workout. I m also glad I did it without weights because I m thinking of buying a set specifically for yoga and realized that my plan to buy 5 lb weights is probably insane. ?? I ll be looking for 2 or 3 lbs weights instead.

I really liked how this gave me a lot of ways to incorporate weights and a little core. Erin cues clearly and was cheering me on too!
