That was great! My neck feels much better. I loved the use of the towel for support and traction. It felt so good. Using the wall really helped with my shoulder mobility, which I desperately need to increase. Thank you!

Another amazing class! My neck is always a point of tightness for me. Great direction and use of props to relax and support the neck. My neck definitely feels lighter and longer. Great class!

Really got a lot of benefit from this class. Was finally able to do a downward dog and not feel like I was injuring my body. The neck and shoulder releasees were wonderful. Dana s instructions are very clear and extremely helpful.

This is a wonderfully relaxing technique class that definitely opens up your shoulders and back, and properly aligns your head and neck. I find I am able to use the techniques in everyday life too. Have a good towel ready because you will use it throughout most of the class. I also learned the most comfortable way to sit on yoga blocks for future classes! Dana gives clear and helpful cues, and all of her Iyengar classes are a pleasure.
