this yoga practice was, by far, my go to and favorite yoga practice in the free classes section. I have chronic back problems, and have had since I was a teenager, and some of the poses just felt so wonderful! Unfortunately, just within the past two weeks or so this video is no longer available for free. Although it s under the listing "free classes". I suppose that if this isn t a mistake, and it really is a paid for class now, I will buy it.

I love the stretches in this class. The only thing is that she often holds right side a lot longer than left side. Since I am using this class as some rehab, I just switch which one I start with to even it out. I feel so yummy when I am done!

This practice was lovely. It is a perfect low key sequence that gradually releases the muscle chains that tend to cause back pain when not stretched sufficiently. It is a perfect gentle, evening practice with lovely instruction, scenery, and soothing music.

I think this class is geared toward beginners and those who need help targeting their back muscles for strength and stretching. Based on the description I was hoping for exclusive back/hips/hampering stretching since I exercise frequently, and I certainly work my back muscles enough the strengthening poses here were not needed. Five stars anyway because Kristen always teaches an amazing class and I just feel calmer afterwards. However the description could be more clear I think.

I am a huge fan of Kristin’s classes, especially the Yoga For Back Pain. It has helped me not only feel better but understand why my lower back and hips feel SO stiff and tight. I learned more in this class. The use of the block while legs in tabletop is my new favorite. This was challenging but is so effective!
