Good class! I didnt have any music though...
Good opener for shoulder & everything! Lots of explanation - appropriate for beginner. Category could be changed
Loved it. My shoulders were feeling tight, now I feel much more open.
The class was ok. It was not as instructive about the shoulders as I expected from the description. I was surprised she didn t mention anything about shoulder position while in plank or chaturanga, both of which are quite intense on the shoulders.
Interesting and different class, both in good ways. I appreciate this focus on the movement and position of the shoulders. Just when you think a pose is working you, you go and focus on moving the muscles you weren t paying as much attention to! Definitely got into these shoulders. :) This is helpful information and technique for my practices going forward.Thank you!
Great class, even if starting with Crescent Lunge it seems she cues the same leg twice! I noticed and just follow the flow. It was great to notice the movement of the shoulder! Thanks, Erin.

This was my first time trying one of Erin s classes, and I d like to do more. I like when instructors seem to have a deep knowledge of body mechanics and provide cues about alignment. She s good at clear cueing. Though I would call this more of an Advanced Beginner class than Intermediate.
This was good for shoulders and their proper rotation and positioning, but it s also valuable for use in headstand and wheel practice.
We had option for wheel at the end. She gave a cue to go onto toes, which I think I ve tried before, but this time was more successful. My knees didn t feel the strain and I stayed up for the full time! This is a big deal because I have bone on bone osteoarthriris in both knees and it s usually a discouraging struggle when I do wheel. Getting down was creaky and a little painful, but not like my usual! I don t know if it was the lifted heels or better positioning of my shoulders, but that was my best wheel in a long time! Thank you, Erin!

This class quickly allows you to get into your shoulders and I feel so relaxed afterwards. The music was really nice! Erin cues clearly and is a calming presence.
This class was okay. Not my favorite, but not bad.
There is something instantly relatable about the way Erin said at the top of the class that she had her blocks nearby because she felt a little tight. For some reason, it really put me at ease. I enjoyed the pace of the class, but still have some work to do on properly rotating my shoulders.
Loved it! Great instructions Erin! Easy to follow and focus on the tight spots in your shoulders. Great for morning wake up class. Feel loose, refreshed and invigorated. Thank you Erin
I liked the pace and flow of this class. I’d have to give it another try to wrap my head around the internal and external arm rotation while in the postures but Erin gives great cues and instruction. Thanks, Erin!
Fantastic. Erin s classes always work me good and teach me something in the process. I let go of a lot of crap in my neck and shoulders from working on the computer and it packs a punch in 30 minutes. I was sweating. Thank you!
Have reviewed before but wanted to update. The front of my shoulder/upper arm area has been bothering lately so have done this class a few more times, as well as going to my chiropractor. He recommended several exercises, which go along w some of the moves Erin is doing, pretty much a lot of the same moves! So feel even more confident in doing this class. Thanks Erin!

I have a shoulder impingement, and, although I love yoga classes, often feel sore after a class. My shoulder (and body) LOVED this class. Thanks for keeping my shoulders open and my body aligned!

Great class! I loved that it focused on the shoulders but also left my entire body feeling stretched as well. With Erin s guidance I got closer to being able to balance upside down! Highly recommend!
