After a long day driving from Yuma to Ajo, AZ and then an off road drive through Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, I needed this class. I did struggle with the figure four since i was so very tight from driving all day, but well worth it. I want to incorporate it into my routine when home to see if I can gain more flexibility.

I ve never done a whole class at the wall and this was a refreshing change! I found your instructions helpful but not intrusive. Thank you so much for an invigorating and relaxing class. This is one I ll come back to regularly.

It was difficult laying flat on the floor the entire time. I would have appreciated some more twisting or poses that took my back away from just lying flat.

Taking my cue from another reviewer, I too tried this class the evening after a day with Plyometrics :) Great tip. Very nice soothing class with release for the hips. Only other thing I missed was some kind of quad opener to round things out, but then I think I would have missed one of the soothing hamstring stretches. Very nice!

I did an intense plyometric leg workout earlier in the day. This was just what I needed after work to stretch out and to start relaxing. Thank you, Ali. You have such a calming presence and soothing voice.
