The law of attraction states that our thoughts create our reality and we attract what we think about, into our lives. In some cases, research has revealed that mental practices are almost as effective as a true physical practice. There have been numerous studies that have revealed similar physical results in people who were actually doing certain physical exercises, versus people who simply imagined they were doing the exercises. This is profound and means that simply by imagining yourself doing something, you can create physical change in your body, as just one example.

The daily practice of visualizing your dreams as already complete can accelerate what you want to manifest in a of variety areas of your life, from where you want to live, to your relationships, your work life, your financial well-being, and even your health.
