Wow what a class! It was the first time for me doing HIIT practice and I really enjoyed. I sweat my toxins out :D

I absolutely LOVED the class! I ve never sweat this much in yoga class!!!! Just amazing! Would definitely do it again.. good sequences and great combos!

Wow - my first Fitness and Yoga class and I have actually enjoyed it - the forward folds felt more and more deep and juicy as the class (and sweat!) went on, also the class is so well designed making hard work possible- Thank you.

I m not sure how I missed this when it came out; but I finally did it yesterday and it was my favorite one so far. I like how he alternated the yoga w/ the cardio/core stuff.

This was JUST what I wanted today, and what I didn t know I wanted but needed. I loved it! Perfect bit of cardio with yoga. This was a fantastic work out.

I really enjoyed this workout! It was challenging, yet accessible and I worked up a good sweat. Felt great afterwards. Will definitely be doing this workout again.

I love this class. It is the perfect balance of weights, core work, and cardio. Ben never keeps you in one exercise for too long so you never get bored. Thank you for keeping me sane during this coronavirus thing. I have been doing this class every day and I love it.

Pretty darn good. I lift a lot of weights... I used 8lb weights with this, which slowed me down and made me really zero in on the movements. I found this to be excellent. I also took out gliders and used some of the many planks as an opportunity for added core work. This is a definite go to. I m sweaty but by no means out of breath. It s not heavy on cardio -- fyi for you cardio lovers:)

This is a great practice that combines yoga, weights and balances very well. Challenging for the entire body, while not feeling like the flow or speed is too fast. I appreciate how the instructors stresses form over speed.

A unique workout combining some yoga flow and poses with body strength and cardio. Went into it thinking there would be a light workout involved, but I was definitely pouring sweat by the end of it and felt great. Loved the workout!

Challenging workout. This would be a HIIT with some yoga. I have some moves to work on to improve my strength. My shoulders have been acting up so I had to watch the movements in that area. After some time this would be a good one to notice your strength improvement.
