I have done this flow before and enjoyed it. The teachers breathing and moaning was unsettling and his pacing around the students was distracting.

I was feeling a little frazzled and disconnected after a long day at the end of the work week. This beautiful class was so nourishing and brought me back home to myself. Thank you Mark!

The Gorgeousness practice and I found it by accident. Was looking to see if there was a class of Marks which I hadn t done and clicked on one but obviously misfired and this one opened. I had been planning on a more active practice but it was evening and I had done a run earlier so figured I d give it a go. Not only lovely for the evening, great for after running too. Only problem is I don t actually have a bath! Thank you

At first this was a little more active than I was expecting but I didn t greatly mind because I love active classes in general. Partway through though Mark really slowed things down and I got a lot of deep hip and hamstring stretching that I needed. I happened to have a booster and strap handy and the last long hold was really lovely! I ll be doing this class again.

Hard to follow. Quick and having to turn away from screen. I have arthritis in both of my knees so it was hard on my knees

This was my first yoga class with yogadownload.com. It was a great winding down class. My only issue is there was a meditation break and maybe because it was my first class I wasn t expecting such a long break. I honestly thought the class had just ended abruptly. Once I figured out there was still more left. I reminded to the beginning of the meditation part and relaxed into my meditation. I will be doing this evening ritual again.
