I need to keep doing this great mixture of starting with warm up yoga moves, building on strength and some cardio too. I loved it all.

First time the “Bring a Towel” was actually serious! Great class, clear instructions without any fluff. I gave it all I had - I clearly need to come back to this again and again to keep my bones strong.

My favorite HiiT workout. It’s a nice blend of hi intensity cardio with weight training and yoga moves.

In general I m not a big fan of HIIT but this was OK. I like incorporating wts into the practice. The intervals were challenging but not overwhelming. The aerobics are easy to modify. I liked doing the first set slowly and without the wts.

I went out of my comfort zone with this one. I m now obsessed with yoga w/ weights. I enjoy Ben s no-nonsense style of teaching.

I wasn t sure if I wanted to do weights or yoga this morning and wa-la! I found this class and got to combine both! Starts out with a nice flow that eventually gets worked into the strength portion as well. Challenging build from 20 to 30 to 40 seconds of movements that had me sweating at the end. Excellent direction throughout!

Great workout. It was challenging as I got to the last interval. My muscles feel pumped and I sweated hard. Not sure how the yoga model didn’t sweat lol. I will definitely add this to my videos I do often. I really love the mix of yoga and HITT.

This class was super fun! The flow felt really good and I got nice and sweaty. Ben is very motivating - I don t think I could have completed the last set of plank jacks without his encouragement.

I ve used yogdownload for a few months, and this is the first time I ve been compelled to write a review. What a nice way to wake up in the morning! Great simple cues throughout and gentle flow at the beginning. The weight component was challenging but doable.

What an amazing workout that combines vinyasa yoga, HIIT, and weights. Ben integrates this all seamlessly and effectively. I definitely plan on coming back to this workout on a regular basis!

Ben is a great teacher - calm and gentle but encouraging. This is a good hour long class. The first part is a fairly gentle warm up flow, followed by the three exercise sequences. The exercises include butt kicks and high knees, so for those who don t like jumping, you might need to modify or avoid this one. The plank jacks on weights were the toughest part for me!

This is an excellent way to get some HIIT, Yoga, and (hand weight) body strengthening worked into your day. All of his classes are good. I ll be coming back to this one.
