I love both of Mark s Bad Ass classes. They make my body feel strong, flexible and I have a lot more openness and less pain afterwards

Loved this class! It was great to get me up and going in the morning. Love Mark s attitude and things he relays both spiritually and his cuing. Appreciate a flow without a lot of chaturangas. I ll be back for this class!

This class had less flow that I had hoped for given that it was named badass flow. It was instead a series of stretches and core exercises that sometimes flowed but it was not the type of vinyasa class I was looking for.

for me this was hard on the lower back (tailbone area) and knees for morning. no real flow or graceful transitions so my mind wandered alot. didn t break a sweat, so i would call this every day namaste. he is one of my fav teachers. my body is falling apart (mostly from running and boxing) in my 40 s so a good practice is hard to find for it. :p

This was great! The breathing exercise in the beginning was intense for me emotionally. I had to back off from it, but hopefully I can do it again and fully next time.

Slow burn; wasn t feeling it at first but hips felt great afterward. Not as intense as the description asserts but great build up.

Challenge Day 13/21: Good encouragement to let go of all life s hassles. Mark was easy to follow. It felt more like "bring a towel" to me! Lots of good core work and it starts off strong (after some warm up breathing), but I guess the pauses between the intensity make it "you ll feel it" instead. Not much of a typical flow per se, but lots of movement with the breath, which I enjoyed. Overall, I m glad I did this class, but, if I were to pick my own "kick your butt" class again, I might try a different one.

Pretty intense for a morning routine. The poses flowed nicely and spent just enough time in each one to find a full expression. I just wish the teacher talked a bit less! He could have let the student come up with their own negative ideas to let go of- suggesting those thoughts for us (more than once) kind of has the opposite effect.
