True North Flow



In many yoga postures we are seeking Tadasana or mountain pose alignment. True North is a beautiful way to learn how to encompass this central alignment in our minds through setting intention, and in our bodies by contracting muscles that support the natural curvature of our spine. We learn this in our spirit by connecting to a higher place through breath. This 20 minute flow brings awareness to True North Alignment in poses such as mountain, plank, side plank, crescent lunge, chaturanga and tree. Take some time to re-align!
