Great overview of Tadasana. Kristin goes over "True North" how we need to make sure our bodies are in the right alignment when we re in any pose. Very easy to follow, calm voice will definitely try more of her classes. Namaste.

Glad it was short today but that didn t mean it was easy!! Good instruction but a little fast for a beginner.

A really helpful short class teaching correct alignment in several asana. One to return to for the reminders about good posture whether standing or facing floor.

Good reminder of alignment. Wish I had a dollar for every time she said “True North”- found it a bit distracting. :) But seriously her voice is soothing and I enjoyed the flow.
