Great workout and stretch

Great HIIT at the start 5 exercises repeated for 4 sets, very challenging. Then simple yoga stretch for 20min that felt good after the bootcamp. I didn t think the HIIT was so effective but I woke up the next day sore in just the right place to get rid of my back fat so I m adding this to my favorites!

I love the idea -- HIIT followed by yoga -- but I felt a warmup would have been useful before starting with burpees first thing. Three of the HIITs put a fair amount of strain on my shoulders, and I had to stop some of them part way through.

What a great class! Kylie is one of my favorite teachers and this class did not disappoint! I thought the format was brilliant. The HiiT part was really effective. Got my heart rate up. Lots of sweat. And the yoga part was really soothing and got into a lot of tight spaces. The only thing I would do next time is add a bit of a warm-up in the beginning so I can get right into it (the first round was kind of the warm-up for me). I would love to see more like this.

There is no warm up, just goes straight into burpees. So there is a risk of injury unless you do your own warm up before you hit play. Also most of the "HIIT" exercises were just muscle conditioning exercises, not ones that increase your heart rate sharply as is meant to happen in a High Intensity Interval Training workout. The burpees are the only exercises in the HIIT section that would normally be used in a HIItT workout, the rest are more to increase muscular endurance rather than cause a decent spike in your heart rate. Personally, I think yoga teachers should stick to teaching yoga. If I want a HIIT work out or a strength training session I would do a proper HIIT class and or lift weights.

Great class! I really feel it. The yoga part is great, but I would love another class like this with standing sequence that really utilizes the energized core and body warmth !!! —warriors, goddess, airplane, triangles, dancers. Get right in there!

these moves are very likely to cause injury in your feet and shoulders if done on a regular basis, especially the second move, i would recomend that you choose another hiit workout. I will never do this workout again.

I m definitely sweating! The first part seems like it will never end, but the instructor is great at letting you know it will end. I never gave up and I m not in as good of shape as I used to be either. I highly recommend, especially for the relaxing yoga treat at the end.

While not a traditional yoga class, this was a great quick HIIT workout, followed by an amazing stretch! I typically do the HIIT part, but neglect to stretch, and this felt amazing! Bottom line: great for a day when you want a great quick heart rate-raising workout followed by a good stretch, not what you are looking for if you want an inspirational yoga class. Not that that s bad-- they are just two different things! This was great for what it was...thanks, Kylie!

This is a great class! I m a little sore from some intense workouts throughout this week, but still wanted something to get my heart rate up without dropping over :) This was perfect. I love HIIT and the second half of yoga was just what my body needed. Love Kylie s instruction and support - will definitely take more of her classes!

I had no idea what I was getting into but loved the work out and the balancing with gentle stretching. First time with this teacher but will definitely take more of her classes.

I love so many classes from yoga download and there are so many amazing instructors. Kylie is a favorite. This is a different type of class and much need for me. It was challenging and I loved the yoga stretching. Much needed after the 1st 20 minutes!

Awesome combo of fitness and cardio, followed by yoga and stretching. Definitely felt it in my abs the next day, but just a comfortable reminder, not painful. Love this instructor s enthusiasm and clarity of movement and posture!

AWESOME! I will do HIIT if I am motivated by an exceptional instructor like Kylie Larson. This HIIT worked every part of my body, got my heart rate up, but was do-able with effort but without collapsing!
I have a shoulder injury so instead of the push-up I substituted a knee-to-opposite elbow oblique crunch. The yoga stretch afterwards was just right.
Kylie has clear, concise coaching through all the moves, the yoga model does an awesome job working through the HIIT routine, and Kylie always manages to keep you motivated without straying across into the realm of "too talky."
Do this HIIT. I ll be going back to it again and again!

First, I am a huge fan of Kylie s classes. I am a fan of HIIT workouts and thoroughly enjoyed this combination of the HIIT workout followed by the yoga stretching. Hoping to see more of these classes!

Thanks for the workout, Kylie! The HIIT portion was so beneficial for me. I want to do it a couple times per week (although my little dog was concerned about my deep breathing - she s used to me just practicing yoga at home!) :)

WOW! This is just what I ve been wanting: HIIT with yoga. Awesome class. Her instructions are clear. I like that she counts down so you know that you can complete the repetitions. This is a definite 2-3 X s per week class. I was sweating. The stretching is so nice. I love pigeon, one of my favorite poses. Thanks Kylie for putting this class together. Namaste .

Very good HIIT for 20min. Burpees, pushups, bicycles and forearm hip dippers Then easy yoga stretch for 25 and Savasana. Not your typical yoga class but fun and good workout if you re looking for something different

Great class! It was an awesome workout! My heart was pumping! Loved the 20 minutes of HIIT exercises that worked both the upper and lower body. Ending with a relaxing yoga flow was perfect. Kylie is a great instructor. I will definitely be doing this class again! Thanks!
