Really enjoyed this class. It was nice to hear Shabadpreet, I ve seen her on the mat in Guru Jagat classes. My only critique is that the music is distracting while we meditate on Hare Har. I kept singing the song instead of saying the mantra. Lol
I ve tried all the Kundalini classes on YDL and this one is my least favorite. The kriyas were really awkward and quite static other than breath of fire. Maybe I should try it again after traveling, as she suggests.
I loved this practice. I also enjoy Shabadpreet s instruction. This was exactly what I needed today. Thank you!
Really good practice to re-center Everything you need in a short set (The last exercice with squat pose was hard today, but with practice, I am sure it will get smoother) I mark this class for when I will be traveling
Not a fan and couldnt finish it. A lot of strange chanting with very little movement. Not my idea of a good work out.
