I ve done most classes from this instructor, but missed my morning exercise today. Its 94 degrees outside in LA and this was the perfect class. Provides some good stretching, particularly hips, and a bit of muscle work without risking death in this weather!

Much like the description, you can engage as much or as little as you want. Jack is constantly reminding what muscles to concentrate on to get the most out of this practice. Excellent cues.

Great insturctions and describing where to tweek your body to get better alighnment. I felt very stretched out afterwards.

Side stretching gets into my torso and chest In an unusual and awesome way.
My favorite practice. It s a manageable length of time for every day, but powerful in its power to open almost every socket of the body. It s been a tremendous help to my low back pain. Easy, profound instructions. Great workout.
This has been my go to sequence every time I want to feel like I ve done a full practice but don t have the time. I feel so alive and happy after this practice.

This is my new go-to when I ve been busy or working hard on other things. It s my back-to-it after I ve been sick, or away on holidays. I find it lengthening in all the right places. Thanks Jack & Ellen. (Yes, I did put on deodorant today! ??)
I d gotten away from yoga for a bit and all the power, hot, flow and iyengar classes just reminded me of what I found irritating about the yoga world. This, OTH, brought me back to what I loved so much about the practice. Can t thank you enough!
Unbelievable de-stresser. My whole self had been clenched and small, and this class unwound, centered and stretched my being. Thank you very much.
I loved this little class. Jack gives just the right alignment cues in the poses. It really maximizes the 35 minutes - getting a nice mix of twists, standing and some floor work at the end. I ll do this one again in the morning before work and also after a workout when I m looking for more.
This was lovely Jack, thank you! Especially good to do a session where Ellen was the student, having taken a session with her yesterday. Jack gives very clear instructions and I love the focus on body cuing - really helped me to think about each pose and not just do it - especially important when you re not in an actual class. A super class for when you think you ve not got time or the time you ve got isn t enough - this was definitely enough (tho certainly not too much!)
It was such a great class! The pace was great and the twists were just what I needed.

Quick class that had me building quite a bit of inner heat. It hit all of the areas I desperately needed -- side body, shoulders, and hips. The cueing in this class was fantastic. I took away a few things that will change some poses for me, specifically moving the biceps toward the sky in side angle and coming from the big toe mound in janusirsasana. I ll definitely do this one again!

Good class with clear, concise instructions, suitable for people who are familiar with common yoga poses. NIce to have someone demonstrating and the teacher there explaining and adjusting.

Wonderful class. I love the alignment cues along the way. Just enough for a shorter practice. I especially love how savasana is not rushed. Perfect.
I like this instructor, but he kept getting the left and right mixed up and it drove me crazy.
This was a very nice fairly gentle yoga flow. I like that the instructor has a sense of humor and a good one at that. :-)
Great class - not as relaxing as I imagined it would be but really great pacing and lovely sequence. I d def do it again, but not when I m looking for restorative yoga!

I took this class after a strenuous backpacking trip with lots of climbing. Whew, so grateful for this class that took care of the intense muscles soreness. Namaste ??
Just the class to do if you are tired of doing a whole class, but still love the idea of yoga. I was surprisingly sore after the first time and found myself thinking about the simplicity of it.
Highly recommend for a relaxed efficient purpose of stretching and still a decent work out.
This class is exactly what it advertises it is: a minimalistic yoga program with good cueing that gets a nice, full body stretch without having to spend a lot of time or break a big sweat.
Nice, relaxing, stretchy, very good cueing. Great post-workout, if you are sore, or low energy.
I like this instructor s cueing style and I found the transitions smooth and enjoyed the class.

The set of asanas touched all parts of the body, but the sequencing was a bit wonky. Unfortunately, the instructor did not take his own course title of "less is enough." Less talking would have been sufficient.
Excellent class. I was going to pick a class from one of the usual instructors I use and then I saw this one with good reviews. I am so glad I did! This instructor was really good and the class had great poses with outstanding instruction and I achieved greater depth in some of the standing poses than I have in a while. Cannot wait to try the other classes from thus channel!!!

Great practice! Just enough without overwhelming. Loved the cues. Really helped to relax into the poses. Holds are long enough to feel without creating stress. Liked the instructor alot. Good cues without too much extraneous talk. Thank you!
This was the gentle, yet nice flowing, practice - exactly as advertised.
Nice this felt very restorative. I run a lot. This class was just enough movement without over stressing my body.
