My hips feel great after this class.
I took different arm balances -- getting into side crow from twisted lunge just wasn t happening, and on the second arm balance, I was so sure we were doing dragonfly that I did that and then realized I was on the wrong side, so I repeated the same mistake on the other.
All in all, fab class. I did a flying pigeon on each side after savasana because it seemed a shame not to.

Very nice sequence in this class. Built a creative flow slowly then worked through it to build up heat one breath at a time. There are two sets of side arm balances I couldn t do, but she gave a modification and it s something to work towards.

Wonderful flow with various hip openers, including a twisted version of parsva dandasana I haven t done before - parivritta parsva dandasana perhaps? I found the flow better after a run or warm-up as it gets into deeper hamstring stretching without much warming, but overall creative, fun and challenging!

Loved the instruction, sequencing, flow. The balancing was challenging (in a good way). Can t do side crow so I did a modification. The hour flew by. I have a really tight right hip and this helped to open and stretch it.

A beautiful class that is well paced. I loved the sequence...a good mix of balancing and quicker moving postures. The flow kept me totally present.

First time I have participated in one of Jill s classes. Enjoy it. Progressive, good variation on balance poses. Nailed my first side crow. Good instruction and flow was nicely paced. Bottomline: this one will be in my library.
