This is the best meditation I ve ever experienced. I feel so well balanced and deeply relaxed. Thank you for this gift.
Lovely class. Relaxing and rejuvenating. Teaching with visualization helped install an understanding of the concepts offered, while giving me an experience of each of the Koshas. I plan on doing this class over and over.
This was awful. it keeps having you go between extremes. Tighten all your body muscle then relax. This stressed me more than anything. Then she had you go to a happy memory. That was ok. When she asked you to go to a sad memory I instantly went to my saddest memory- sitting in the hospice watching my dad died. I couldn’t help it. I sat through 3/4 of the video and it did not help me relax.
I didn t think I would like this but I m so glad I pushed past my doubts and experienced this class. Totally brilliant instructor and this will now be a new go-to meditation for me. Superb job, well done. Give it a try.
Deep relaxation & felt amazing after, great teacher
I was surprised that I liked this. I wanted to turn it off during the part when you oscillate between hot and cold; it must have made me uncomfortable. But I pushed through that, gained some insight during the "painting" part, and I think I may have fallen asleep at the end. When I got up, I felt very energized and happy. I think this would be great when I feel overwhelmed by life.
