Wow! Such a great class! I absolutely loved the flow and intensity of the class and in such a short amount of time. I will definitely be coming back to this class when I m short on time, but want a quick flow class. Thanks!

Thank you for giving me a reason never to skip my yoga practice. I had little time today but this flow was perfect in amount of time I needed and the great intensity of the class.

Kristin class was awesome! I wanted a class with less time but I would feel as if I did a 60 minute class. This did not disappoint me at all. You ll definitely feel it in the first 5 minutes. The flow and breath was perfect. Thank you Kristin! Namaste.

WOWZA!! Absolutely loved this class! There was so much packed into this 19 minute class. I was sweating like I had just completed a hot yoga class lol! Thank you Kristin for a wonderful, invigorating class. Namaste.

If only 20 minutes are available to your schedule, this is the workout! I did this after a stressful series of meetings sandwiched in between a dinner outing. Total decompression. And I am breathing heavily so there s some good cardio in there too.

Got good and warm quickly. Might be a little fast paced if you need to see the poses and aren’t ready to flow along with the cuing.

Day 11 was busy so I didn’t do yoga until the evening and Kristin was right- I never regret spending time on the mat. This was a great flow. Really built heat in 20 min. Feel it worked my whole body and appreciated the theme. Thanks Kristin- will be back to check out more of your classes! :)

Awesome, quick flow. Warm up a little bit before doing this class as you get into it right away. I love how she connected the verse to the practice. Definitely feel the tapas!

This might be my favorite 20 minute go to. Loosen up, get your flow on and your heart rate up. Kristin makes the most of this short class right up to ending in most welcoming child s pose.

I really enjoyed this flow, simple. I am in a recovery state and this is easy to modify without feeling like I didn t do enough. Nice practice that can easily be doubled. could be a 5 star if there was at least a one minute shavasana

A nice workout for only 20 minutes. Be aware that there is minimal warm up or cool down. Not that I mind getting right to work, but this info should be included in the class description. Also, if you have not done one of Kristin s other classes you may have to pay extra attention to her transitions. They are a little different than what I am used to from other instructors. She does a nice job of cueing them, but it does tend to take me out of a meditative flow when the next pose in the flow is not what I am normally expecting it to be. Not bad- just different. Overall a very good short class.

Exactly what I was seeking. Quick morning flow on a day that may not have time for longer practice. Intensity is just right. Perfect to wake up and energize.
