The tingles continue for hours after this practice. Overall lightness and a fluid feeling in my body. First Kundalini practice for me but will not be the last. Thanks!

Wonderful. Gave me a clear mind and made my body feel stretched, relaxed and supple. While challenging, it is certainly doable. The feeling of achievement and the body s reaction to it is the real reward of this practice.

I had only practice kundalini few time, but an injury in my shoulder pushed me from ashtanga to kundalini. This class is beautiful, her voice is strong and powerful, it is well guided and offers you variations. I practice this class every day and my body is changing rapidly so does my soul. For all those who want to change their life to better, this Kundalini class is one step on the path of light. Bless you all

Thank you for this. It is what my mind and body needed today. I ve tried several kundalini classes on here; I had time today to try this longer one and enjoyed the longer holds. I like this instructor s demeanor.

I have been practicing yoga for almost a decade. Almost one year of that was devoted nearly exclusively to Kundalini yoga. I love all yoga, but Kundalini yoga holds a special place in my heart. This class is exceptional. Try something new.

I did not enjoy this class as much as the other styles, maybe that just means that Kundalini yoga is not for me. I found the arm raised during meditation unnecessary in what should have been a blissful meditation. The instruction was good and if you like this style, then the class would be good. I did like some of the long holds and some of the breath work.

This was my first experience w kundalini yoga. If you like flow you will be disappointed. Lots of long holds though many of them excellent. The instructor was lovely and has a wonderful calming mannerism.
