This is another pose that I thought was impossible for me until I tried it in this class. Great instruction!
I love these workshop style classes because they provide instructions for poses that are either not focused on in studio classes or are not prepped for or broken down well enough. The shoulder stretches in the warm up were very effective--the Y shoulder rollover has literally changed my life. The instructor s cueing is excellent and you can tell that he is very knowledgeable about the pose. My chest is super tight and therefore my shoulders are weak. This workshop will be one that I visit again as I continue to work on building shoulder strength to eventually achieve forearm stand.

I like the approach taken by the instructor, focusing on the anatomy off the posture. Keeping in mind the tips and tricks provided will be great to take forward into my daily practice of forearm stand.
