This package is a collection of our most popular yoga classes designed specifically to target the muscles used most by runners, namely the core, quads, hamstrings, hip flexors, and calves.
This series includes 9 yoga classes that can be done before and/or after a run, or on off days, to help lengthen and stretch tight muscles casued by running. There are a variety of length options available from 20-60 minutes, and one of the classes, Yoga for Runners, has several different length options so you can choose the perfect class to fit your schedule on any particular day. These classes range from soothing and relaxing to the more challenging vinyasa class so you will have a nice variety to suit your mood and keep things interesting.

I totally agree with Marylyn s earlier review. I love all the routines in this package, and actually, Dawnelle is the instructor who brought me to YDL, through a dvd I got in a 10-disc package, 3 or 4 years ago!
YDL - to clarify (since you replied to Marylyn s review saying there was a guide), I m pretty sure Marylyn means a guide to the order of which class you do on which day, like a running program of sorts.
For example, monday - x class, tuesday - y class, etc...
As well, more in-depth descriptions of which classes to use when would be great. The preview guide does have those in the descriptions for qi yoga, post-run (of course ;) ), and yoga for runners with Dawnelle, but all the others do not. Again, a program that says something like use x class for in between run days, use y class after your run, use z class before your run, OR.... for before your run, use x, y or z class; on in between run days, use x and z class; for long run days, use w class; for after your run, all classes are suitable, etc.
For me, I have a half-marathon training program that I use, so it would be helpful for us to have a sample program to see how those instructors would integrate their classes into a schedule for a runner.
Other than that, thanks for a great package!
I love the routines in this package but not sure if they are supposed to be done in any order. I wish there was an over all guide.
