Excellent yin class. The cues were easy to follow and the length of holds was just right. Despite the silence I never once felt abandoned.

What a nourishing, calming class. I loved the silence and the long holds. My whole body feels alive now. Thanks, Caitlin, for another wonderful class.

it s been a wild, hectic week. so when i woke up tired and dosoriented, i thought this would be a perfect way to start another (hopefully more medium paced) week. my hips feel great. i feel like i could go back to bed (so chill, lol) and much more grounded. thank you for making this wonderful slow class.

This class felt wonderful. It was very calming, and my body and mind feel amazing right after. I loved the length of the holds as well as the quiet.

Started the day wondering which class to choose, then got an email publicising this new one from Caitlin & I knew it had to be this one! A long-standing health problem affecting my voice has stopped responding to treatment so at present I can only whisper!
I enjoyed the class so much, with the long holds & minimum input from Caitlin. One thought I had afterwards was that Yin classes like these are certainly just as demanding as more energetic flow-type classes. My hips & legs felt it afterwards. Also I agree that it s best for people with previous experience of Yin yoga. A lovely class which I recommend & will return to.

This was a wonderful class! Thank you so much, Caitlin. This was perfect at the end of the day. The long silences were great to concentrate on breathing. I will definitely return to this one again and again.
