Tereza Sauerova
Tereza Sauerova is a yoga teacher from the Czech Republic, currently living in Oman. She has been fortunate to travel, while learning and teaching yoga around the world and did her training on the Indonesian island of Bali. She teaches her own unique style of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. The beautiful path of yoga has helped her tremendously and made her passionate about sharing this practice with others. Tereza wants her students to focus on enjoying themselves during a yoga practice more than anything else.
