Yoga for Men 3: Getting Stronger

This is the 3rd class of the Men's Yoga 101 series! These classes are not specifically designed to build from one to the next, but they do increase in intensity and posture offerings! With that said, this class will challenge you a bit more than #1 and #2. this class can be done as a stand along class that anyone and everyone can practice or done as part of the series. if you are doing the series and have worked to this point, good job, you must be starting to feel the positive effects of the practice. This class has some sun Salutations, traditional standing poses, core work and more - hope you enjoy!!
