I love Elise s class. This live stream session during COVID feels as if I am there with her. At the begging of class, the camera flipped and made me smile. This slow class made me feel calm and good. Thank you!

Not sure how I missed this class from Elise before now but it was certainly a lovely class for today. The strap supported leg stretching was great after some forest running km this morning and the inversions worked well for me today. Thank you
