Needing a little more peace in your life? Try this 55-minute slow flow practice with Mary Baker. We'll start out by setting the intention to find calm, balance and peace using the mantra Shanti Hum - I am peaceful. Then, we'll take our time to slowly warm up the body eventually transitioning into breath oriented vinyasa flow mixed with standing balance poses. Once we're back down, we'll tap back into that peaceful state and head to savasana for as long as you like. This class will leave you feeling lighter and much more at peace no matter what life is throwing your way!
