Loved this class! I didn t do rocket 1 or2. Used a cold room. I couldn t do all the poses but I tried them all. Thank goodness for the pause button! Definitely a class to return too and will try rocket 1 and 2. Thanks!

The breadth counts are too fast. No alternate were suggested, so if someone is not an advanced headstand yogi, you really come out of the class gaining nothing.

Loved this class! The hour flew by. Not sure why the low rating in the other review as modifications are pretty straightforward--I skipped the handstands and just focused on working my tight hamstrings and hips during the more advanced poses, and substituted two-armed for one-armed crow. Carson is a joy to watch, instruction and cues were clear to me, and I found the whole practice very inspirational. I will come back to this recording often as I progress toward handstand and beyond.

I like an intense vinyasa flow, but this isn’t it. No flow, no breath/movement sync. Handstand, forearm stand, yes all in my practice. But this class just doesn’t pull it together. Take this same sequence and slow it down by 2-3 breaths and it might be great.
