Oh wow! If I could give this class 10 stars I would! Super challenging but not unachievable. The flows are creative, strong and playful. If you want to shift some energy or improve your mood..this is the class for you! I ll definitely be checking out Eric s other classes.

I m a recovering runoholic who found Yoga just a few short years ago. This is my 1st EP class and I m hooked. What a treasure he is!!! I can t wait to discover more of his classes.
The flow and pace of the class is challenging but very achievable. His energy helps push you through your own walls. His style of interjecting humor and realism help solidify the depth of what Yoga can teach us.

I was looking for something different so thought I would give this class a try. On the positive side, it was a unique flow with a great message . . . we do create our own moods and reality. However, the messaging and references to the music seemed to take precedence over the flow. The cues were not traditional yoga cues and I found myself having to refer to the screen more often than necessary to follow the sequence. I m glad I experienced it, wouldn t repeat the class.

I enjoyed the beginning of the class but the sequences were repetitious and some of the transitions were not very smooth. I also found that he talked too much although his message is good.

A great, hard and fun workout. Lots of vinyasas but basically about 5 different sun salutation flows all within my intermediate ability (plus minus) The teacher has great energy and I worked up a SWEAT!

wow. i don t think I ve had this much light heartedness and fun doing a practice since my 7 yr old passed away. we were always giggling and being silly. Eric, thank you. it s so true to not let our emotions (especially negative) rule us. the message was needed as much as the song (and the tears) at the end! it s been a long hard year. downloaded and highly recommended! namaste:)

I was really not in the best mood this morning and certainly did not want to do yoga. But I did...and I m so happy I chose this specific class. Very motivational and challenging. I made an audible "yelp" when he said we are on X of Y total sun salutations! (I didn t include the number here because I don t want to ruin the surprise for everyone!) Thank you for a great class. My mood is significantly improved.

Fun and challenging class! It s really invigorating to have a creative flow. The music during savasana threw me - I would have preferred silence or a less imposing song to enjoy those moments of meditation.

This is an awesome class! It s fun and challenging and the flows are creative. The hour just flew by. I did have to pause at the 40 minute mark to wipe the sweat off my mat. :) I ll be checking out more of Eric s classes.

Oh how i love Erics classes. He makes me smile so much. I have friends come over now and then to share my yoga with me and its always one of Erics classes that we do. I definitely feel like i have done a workout at the end but also i feel so happy. Thanks Eric

Loved it - engaging, challenging, and a refreshing change. Will definitely check out the instructors other classes. One small suggestion - when doing the side squats, you say that we won t enjoy it - I think that s an unnecessary negative projection on the student. Took me out of the flow a little bit as I prepared to not enjoy something.

Whoa! Challenging (I had to pause the video a few times) but excellent! This is one of the best Yoga Download videos ever!
