This class is a compilation of some poses I haven't seen very often in online yoga classes. The session is perfect for the online yoga enthusiast that wants a little challenge and a lot of fun exploring interesting arm balances. I will lead you to a few new places and I want you to revisit these and see an improvement every time.

Really interesting variations ! Really Enjoyed this class, I like how the asanas are broken down in levels, makes it more accessible and gives me something to work towards to. Challenging but in a good way

I am not at all a pro when it comes to arm balances (yet?). But the way she teaches, it made encouraged me to take each one a little farther than I thought I could.

Warning: If you re not already really comfortable with arm balances, this one will be tricky and quite possibly frustrating. As noted in another review, it s NOT a flow class, so be sure to pick a day that you re okay rewinding and rewatching, trying (and failing!) and definitely not getting your typical yoga experience. That said, Celeste is a fun and inspiring teacher, so if you re ready for a challenge, give it a go!

Brilliant how the poses are broken down into levels! I never knew you had to lift your bum to point towards the ceiling for fallen angel and, when I did that, it simply worked like a charm and I was in the pose! Thank you!

I really like Celest and her lovely positive energy. This class is very challenging, but she really makes me feel like it s not a big deal if you can t do it and to just enjoy the process of trying.

This was a fun way to explore some inverted poses. I was actually able to achieve and hold side crow for the first time ever. I never manage to get either leg up on the fallen angel but overall feel quite accomplished and strong upon finishing this practice. I will definitely revisit this one. Thanks!

I ve done this three times now and while the funky forearm balance eludes me, I can now get one leg straight up in fallen angel. Yay!

Celeste is a wonderful teacher and I really enjoy her classes. The unique approach is refreshing for a change of pace every once in a while. This class has lots of arm balancing and is very, very challenging, but it would be a great one to do to get into shape to accomplish those poses.

Very fun class with some interesting arm balance variations. Celest teaches three different levels of each major pose, so that even if you re only able to reach the first level, you feel like you ve made a major accomplishment.
