Mindful Flow

Yoga is beautiful in its simplicity, and this practice shows exactly that. Pradeep gently and intentionally leads you through foundational flow poses, all the while reminding you to breathe, stay focused, and soften. This is a wonderful class for practitioners who are new to vinyasa. The flows are simple, not too fast, and accessible to most. But it is also an opportunity to return to mindfulness for the most seasoned practitioner - which we know is a practice that can be harder than any advanced pose.
