This class was physically challenging and inspirational. I really enjoyed this class. I liked the plank to side plank flow- builds strength!

I liked the fast pace and teacher s preacher style, compleat with soundtrack. Reminded me of dipping my toe into an Pentecostal church one Easter. Sequence was a bit repetitious.

I really enjoyed this class. Nice 45 minute set. Although I don t have an addiction, I still found the message inspiring. Thank you. Very cool flow.

Sorry, this one just wasn t for me. It may be perfect for someone struggling with addiction, as he talks non-stop about how he s overcome his to marijuana. But, I found the constant chattering and loud music annoying - only got through about 15 minutes and had to stop it. Giving the message at the beginning, so we could reflect would have been fine, but it was just too much.
