Our hips play an integral part of our overall health; they are the intersection for optimal mobility throughout the spine and legs. This class focuses on opening the pelvic girdle and groin to alleviate any restrictions in the hip region. Many of us are "victims" of society, relegated to drive or sit for extended periods of time. Over time this wrecks havoc on our lower back, pelvis, hamstrings, and groin. This flow is a great way to reverse the tightness and can be done after work, before any outdoor or physical activity, and to help prevent knee, back, and other injuries.
