In this challenge you will have a choice of classes each day. There will be several style and unique class options throughout the challenge as well as meditation, Yin, fitness classes, pilates, and other fusion styles. You have freedom and choice to make this challenge work for you. 

This challenge is suitable for all levels - beginner to advanced. Each day will have a beginner friendly class option along with a more advanced option for more seasoned practitioners. This challenge will create growth and evolution, both on and off the mat, for all genders, body types, and level of practitioner. 

By simply signing up to this challenge, you have taken the first step towards your goal. It is healthy and beneficial to challenge yourself. Simply keep showing up, everyday for the next two weeks. Before you know it, you'll be both feeling and looking better than you ever have before.

Yoga for All - Day 10

Welcome to Day 10 of the Yoga for All / 2-Week Challenge!

You're nearing the finish line, challengers. How is everyone doing? Continue to share and support each other in the comments - it's been remarkable to see the camaraderie from yogis all over the planet. While you're practicing individually, there is still power in the motivation and support of the group.

Today you have the opportunity to practice a nice, thorough, and accessible yoga flow or to meditate. If the thought of meditation scares you, it could be exactly what you need. Challenges are an opportunity to branch out a little. A consistent yoga practice is complemented beautifully with meditation. Mark's class is a powerful way to begin your day. Note however, if you're craving a physical practice, this class can be practiced at any time of day (not just the morning). If you're feeling up for it, do both! We recommend the meditation after the yoga class. Enjoy!

A wonderful guided meditation designed to be done on a regular basis to revitalize your entire being. 

This meditation drops you into a highly restorative state, empowering visualization to release stress binds and move Prana (life force) freely throughout your entire being. 

*Can be done after any Asana class or on its own.*

Be a Badass:

Morning Badass Flow with Mark Morford

50 minute class | Level: All Levels | intensity: You'll Feel It

Not your typical wake-up flow. Call this one a semi-vigorous, whole-body call to full consciousness, by way of a reverential bow to Ganesha, the keeper/protector of liminal states, the "betwixt and between," AKA that sweet, supple zone you hover in just upon waking, right after the dream-state but BEFORE the madhouse swirl of your day's tasks, roles and melodramas swarm forth. 

It's not for the passive. Morning Badass targets the hips, shoulders, a bit of core, a bit of fire (agni), deep breath-work, always shifting the gaze INWARD, with devotion, all in service of keeping the mind quiet, the emotions slightly less whiny, and your whole being more available to what IS, without the incessant churn of toxic distraction.  Damn fine way to start the day, really. Jai Ganesha!
